Draft parent/guardian privacy notice — for legal review

We collect your account details and the player information you enter, including date of birth and recruiting profile details, to create and manage the account and profile.

The parent or guardian name, email, and login details support the account. The player display name and date of birth are used to create and manage the profile and check the age requirement. Recruiting details include school, graduation year, position, and an optional bio.

We use providers to host and authenticate the service, so account and profile information is stored with those providers.

The profile is private until you publish it. Before publishing, profile fields are visible only to the parent or guardian who owns the account and service operators. Date of birth and guardian contact details are never included on the public profile.

If you publish, only the selected profile details—display name, school, graduation year, position, and bio—can be viewed by anyone who has the shareable player profile link.

Publishing is a separate, reversible parent action. You can unpublish the profile or withdraw consent from your account. If you withdraw consent, the profile becomes private immediately and its player-entered content is erased; a minimal consent receipt is retained while the retention period is reviewed.

We do not sell player data.

A date-of-birth check and parent/guardian attestation do not verify anyone’s identity or guardianship.
